1. The product will be inspected in detail before shipment, if a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery-we offer refund/exchange.
2. We have a 7 days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received. Overdue will not be accepted after 7 days.
3. Return and exchange process: contact customer service → upload picture (message) → review → reply → return/exchange.
4. Please contact us or email email@example.com with the subject "Returns/exchange" and include your order number, name and the reason for the return/exchange.
5. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
6. Please confirm with the customer service staff before sending any returned or exchanged goods, otherwise it will not be accepted.
7. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
8. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
